tinykoi is run by tinyjetty. This page says what we keep, why, and the rules for using tinykoi. Questions go to [email protected].

privacy

Your account: name, email, and a password hash or your Google sign-in.
What you save: links, uploaded files, titles, notes, tags, highlights and collections, plus the page text and archived copies tinykoi makes of the pages you save.
Sign-in sessions, with the IP address and browser they came from, to keep your account secure. IP addresses are also used briefly for rate limits.
Your plan and billing status. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

Only to run tinykoi for you: store your bookmarks, fetch and archive the pages you save, search them and show them back to you.
No ads, no analytics or tracking scripts, no marketing email, and we never sell your data.
The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.
The browser extension sends the address of the tab you are on to tinykoi to check whether you saved it. That check reads your bookmarks and is not stored.

Our hosting and storage providers, which hold the data for us.
Stripe, if you pay for Pro. Google, if you sign in with Google.
OpenRouter and DeepInfra, only if you turn on AI on Pro. They receive each bookmark's title, site, excerpt, note, tags and the first 6,000 characters of its text, and your search queries, on zero-data-retention terms: nothing is stored or used for training.
Anyone with a share link you create can see that collection’s titles, links, excerpts, covers and tags. Reset or stop the link to end that.
Websites you save see a normal visit from our servers when tinykoi fetches them.
Anyone the law requires us to disclose to.

Export your bookmarks and highlights from Settings at any time.
Deleted bookmarks stay in the trash for 30 days, then are gone. If you leave Pro, archived copies are deleted 30 days later.
To see, correct or delete your account and everything in it, email [email protected]. We delete it within 30 days.

You need to be at least 13 to use tinykoi, and you are responsible for keeping your password and API keys safe.
What you save stays yours. You let us store, copy and process it only as needed to run tinykoi for you.
Archives are for your own reading. Respect the rights of the sites you save, and only share what you are allowed to.
Do not use tinykoi to break the law, store malware, abuse or overload the service, or get into accounts that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.

Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews until you cancel.
Cancel any time from Settings. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Partial periods are not refunded unless the law requires it.
We may change prices. A change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does.

tinykoi is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it is always available, error-free, or that every page can be archived. Keep your own export of anything you cannot lose.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using tinykoi and delete your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days’ notice, giving you time to export.
We may update this page. For a significant change we will tell you in tinykoi before it applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and its courts handle any dispute.
